Year to date sales are 724, with the same period last year being 671, a 7.5% increase. The number of sales is still down from 1996 when sales for the same period was 774.
Year to date Loans are 711 versus 667 last year, a 6% increase. You will see the number of loans for the last several months is down. However, the total loan amounts has risen. This is partly due to the increased sale of farm ground, and rising home prices. Resulting in larger loans.
