Sales are higher than the same period last year. Sales for the first half of 2002 were 641. Sales for the same period of 2001 were 586.

Year to date sales are up from the same period last year. Although sales for June this year were lower than June last year.

4. Number of Real Estate Loans by Month.
The number of Real Estate Loans for the first half of 2002 was 622. Loans for the first half of 2001 were 562. The increase was in the first quarter of the year. Total loans for the second quarter are down from last year.

5. Amount of Real Estate Sales Month.
Total loan amount for the first half of 2002 was $49,994,878. The total for the same period of 2001 was $33,016342. Every month is higher than the same month last year.
