Although Sales have declined slightly each year since 1998, year to date sales for 2002 increased. Sales for the first 5 months of 2002 were 555, with sales for the same period of 2001 at 489.

Year to date sales are up from the same period last year. The increase was in the first quarter of the year. Sales for April and May were about the same as last year.

4. Number of Real Estate Loans by Month.
The number of Real Estate Loans for the first 5 months of 2002 was 538, for the same period in 2001 sales were 452. The increase was in the first quarter of the year. The total number of loans in April and May of this year actually declined slightly compared to last year.

5. Amount of Real Estate Sales Month.
The big change is the total dollar amount of loans. The total for the first 5 months of 2002 was $41,638,267. The total for the same period of 2001 was $26,466,442. Every month is higher than the same month last year.
